Abstract
Iron oxide based catalysts have been studied under reaction conditions by Mossbauer spectroscopy. The parameters of the Mossbauer spectra an d the phase composition have been determined in different reaction med ia and at various temperatures. These data are related to the cation d istribution on the main phase - magnetite.
