Av. Maltsev et al., IMPACT OF GENOTYPE ENVIRONMENT INTERACTIO N ON THE PARATYPICAL VARIABILITY OF QUANTITATIVE TRAITS AND ITS ESTIMATION, Genetika, 29(10), 1993, pp. 1673-1680
Cenosis density, seed mass, plant root secretions having, great impact
(before the change of ranks) on paratypic variability change essential
ly genotypic polymorphism of the quantitative traits homeostasis. The
quantitative trait paratypic variance in cenosis is a response of the
complex interactions of genotypic and environmental factors, their pre
sence makes a correct decomposition by means of usual paratypic disper
sion methods for its components impossible due to mathematical charact
er. That's why the use and estimation of the paratypic-variance in gen
eral as the genotype - environment variance for quantitative traits ma
y prove to be more real for a genotype and population characteristic a
t the present moment.
