Abstract
The relationship between heterozygosity for 11 polymorphic loci and fe rtility of women having passed the menopause was studied in North-Sibe rian tribe North Selkup. Women with low level of heterozygosity were c haracterized by the highest values of variance of the number of livebi rths and the index of early reproductive loss.
