Abstract
HLA typing data of two little populations living in Tajmyr peninsula ( Dolgans and Nganasans) and Chukotka peninsula (Chukchas and Chuvantses ) were presented. Our data were compared with the International standa rd distribution of class I HLA antigens in orients and its distributio n in orients who live in the Asian part of Russia. Indexes of genetic distribution and genetic likeness were calculated.
