Abstract
The effect of a number of injection and separation parameters on the r epeatability of quantitative analyses on a home-constructed instrument for electrochromatography was studied. The performance of electrokine tic and hydrostatic sample injection methods was compared. Peak area a nd peak height values were applied as the evaluation parameters. The b est quantitative repeatability for charged and uncharged compounds, ob tained in this study was in the range of 1 % to 5 % of relative standa rd deviation.
