Abstract
This paper presents a brief summary of the Organic Chemical, Plastics, and Synthetic Fibers (OCPSF) regulations and a 10 point plan for comp liance with the regulations. Several practical examples are discussed concerning the application of th is plan to actual facilities with emp hasis placed on waste minimization methods.
