Abstract
The diffraction-grating-based HP 71450A and 71451A optical spectrum an alyzers provide the basic spectral measurement of optical power versus wavelength and advanced functions for measuring and characterizing LE Ds, DFB Lasers, and Fabry-Perot lasers.
