A new two-step deconvolution technique is suggested. First the convolu
tion integral is changed into the matrix equation, and then by using t
he criteria of the best solution proposed in this paper and the singul
ar value decomposition (SVD) theorem the ill system is processed. This
method has been programmed in FORTRAN5, and applied to the experiment
al and computer-simulated spectra. Deconvoluted results show that it i
s effective and reliable.
