As. Pivovarov, ROLE OF THE 2ND MESSENGERS IN MODULATION OF CHOLINORECEPTORS PLASTICITY OF HELIX RPA3 NEURON BY OPIATE KAPPA-AGONIST BREMAZOCINE, Zurnal vyssej nervnoj deatelnosti im. I.P. Pavlova, 43(5), 1993, pp. 953-962
In the paper was shown the participation of some second messengers in
intracellular molecular mechanism of a decrease of RPa3 neuron cholino
receptor plasticity by opiate kappa-agonist bremazocine during rhytmic
al acetylcholine application. This mechanism includes 1) inhibition of
inositol-1,4,5 trisphosphate-dependent mobilization of depoted Ca2+ a
ctivating intracellular receptor calmodulin and 2) inhibition of the s
ynthesis of the acyclic eicosanoids. It is possible to assume a specif
icity of this mechanism, so far as is not revealed the role of the sec
ond messengers under study in bremazocine inhibitors of RPa3 neuron so
matic cholinoreceptors under the conditions of non-rhythmical acetylch
oline application.
