Abstract
Eimeria bitis Fantham, 1932 (Apicomplexa: Eimeriidae), was found in th e feces of a puff adder, Bitis arietans (Serpentes: Viperidae), from N amibia, southwest Africa. A redescription, line drawing, and photomicr ograph of this coccidian are provided.
