Abstract
We studied the levamisole toxic effects in adjuvant therapy for colore ctal cancer. The therapy toxic effects on 127 patients were statistica lly more important in the levamisole-treated group compared to patient s treated with folinic acid and 5-fluorouracil alone. Randomized studi es in progress will demonstrate the real therapeutic value of levamiso le.
