Abstract
rihydroxy-12-methoxyabieta-5,8,11,13-tetraen-7-one or coleon U 12-meth yl ether and a previously unreported dehydro coleon U 12-methyl ether a-trimethyl-7-(1-methylethyl)-9(1H)-phenanthrenone and its 7-(1-methyl ethenyl) homologue] were isolated from the chloroform extract of Nepet a elliptica.
