Abstract
Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is a rare incident occurring us ually in young patients, predominantly in females. It is usually fatal and found postmortem. We present the case of a middle aged man with s pontaneous left anterior descending coronary artery dissection found a ngiographically which caused an anterior wall myocardial infarction. W e also briefly review the relevant literature.
