Abstract
In hydrogen-bonded polymer blends there are long range correlations th at are a result of the combined covalent and hydrogen-bond connections . A mean field description of these mixtures is presented which indica tes that there should be an infinite correlation length above some per colation threshold. There are various consequences of the compositiona l heterogeneities or clustering that results from these effects and th ese are discussed in this paper.
