Abstract
Visualization techniques help organize the vast amount of data generat
ed in computational studies of literary style. These techniques are de
monstrated by showing two-dimensional representations of the style of
the authors of The Federalist Papers. The techniques are used to deter
mine the authorship of the 12 unattributed papers. The authorship assi
gned to these papers is consistent with that found in other studies.
