Abstract
A new mechanism of origin of cosmic radio emission power-law spectrum is proposed in the framework of the synchrotron model. It is shown tha t under appropriate conditions, the observed power-law spectrum may be a consequence of fractality of the spatial distribution of radiating relativistic electrons. Fractal dimension of the electron distribution , obtained from an analyses, is 1,08 +/- 0,15 in the range of scales b etween 10 and 10(5) cm.
