Abstract
The following substituted amino and diaminomethylglyoximes have been s ynthesized: phenylaminomethylglyoxime, p-tolylaminomethylglyoxime, p-a cetoxyphenylaminomethylglyoxime, diphenyl-4,4'-bis(aminomethylglyoxime ), 1,1'-diphenylmethane-4,4'-bis(aminomethylglyoxime) and 1,1'-dipheny loxy-4,4'-bis(aminomethylglyoxime). Their complexes with cobalt(II), n ickel(II), copper(II) and palladium(II) have been isolated. The struct ure of these new compounds are proposed on the basis of elemental anal yses, H-1-nd IR spectral data.
