Abstract
Analysis of black plum (Vitex doniana) indicated a fruit with useful n utritional value in tropical African diets (crude protein 27.5, lipid 49.5, sugars 842 g kg-1 DM; moisture 488 g kg-1 FW) and possibly a goo d shelf-life.
