A 10-year-old boy with Salmonella infection, recurrent intussusception
, and an internal hernia is reported. Umbilical remnants (chorda urach
i and chorda arteriae umbilicalis dextra) formed the peritoneal pouch
in which the loops of bowel were trapped.
