The article deals with maintaining the limits on the state of a contro
lled dynamic object under imposed limiting constraints which are funct
ional correlations. An algorithm of control using a forecasting model
and protecting the dynamic object from breaking stability limits is un
der development. The application of the algorithm is illustrated by au
tomatic limitation of the plane's angle of attack according to the lat
eral stability.
