Abstract
In this paper, the second in a three part series, we describe an exper imental scheme used to measure the electrodynamical response of a mate rial in the millimeter wave range of frequency. In particular, with th is technique we can directly evaluate the complex conductivity from a measurement of both the bandwidth and characteristic frequency of a re sonator containing the specimen. We will describe in detail all the te chnical improvements achieved which provide the required accuracy.
