The integral enthalpies of mixing (DELTAH) of liquid binary Cu-Sb and
Cu-Sn as well as liquid ternary Cu-Sn-Sb alloys were determined calori
metrically. The peculiar S-shaped concentration dependence of DELTAH c
ould be successfully described with the help of the associate model. B
y the calculation of DELTAH for the ternary Cu-Sn-Sb alloy the model p
arameters are fixed using the data of the three binary bordering syste
ms.
