Biospecific magnetic sorbent for lysozyme isolation (magnetic chitin)
has been prepared from magnetic chitosan after acetylation with acetic
anhydride. The capacity of magnetic chitin was 2.5 mg of lysozyme per
1 ml of sorbent.
