Abstract
Excited states of the nuclei Xe-127 and Xe-125 have been investigated in the inverse kinematic reactions Ca-48(Se-82, (3..5)n) at 275 MeV be am energy with the OSIRIS multidetector system at the VICKSI-accelerat or of the HMI Berlin. The level scheme of Xe-127 was extended up to a level of tentative spin (51/2(-)). Two excited hands of 3QP-character were observed. For Xe-125 these structures were extended towards highe r spins. Experimental Routhians of selected bands are presented.
