Abstract
After a discussion on the interest of transfer admittance for EMC pred iction, a method for measuring the transfer admittance of cables is pr esented. Some experimental results are given for coaxial cables: the t hrough elastance was not measurable, but we show that it is at least o ne order of magnitude smaller than what today's theory predicts.
