Hj. Song et al., PHOTOLUMINESCENCE AND THERMALLY STIMULATED CURRENT OF TLGAS2 SINGLE-CRYSTAL, Journal of the Korean Physical Society, 26(6), 1993, pp. 617-621
An investigation was made of the photoluminescence and the thermally s
timulated current in TlGaS2 single crystal grown by the Bridgman metho
d. The PL spectra of the TlGaS2 single crystal shows four peaks at 2.0
8, 2.03, 1.78 and 1.73 eV at 10 K. These are attributed to donor-accep
tor pair recombinations. From the TSC measurement, electron and hole t
raps have been detected at 0.18 and 0.23 eV below the conduction band
and at 0.36 and 0.66 eV above the valence band, respectively. It is fo
und that these trapping centers are related to the donor-acceptor pair
recombinaions observed in the PL spectra.
