R. Bauer et al., ROOM-TEMPERATURE PERSISTENT SPECTRAL HOLE-BURNING IN NEUTRON-IRRADIATED IAB-TYPE DIAMOND, Journal of luminescence, 56(1-6), 1993, pp. 57-60
After annealing a heavy dose neutron-irradiated type IaB diamond at 95
0 degrees C, we observed two new color centers of defect aggregates in
the near infrared spectral range. With a, cw Ti-sapphire laser, we ob
tained persistent spectral hole burning at room temperature in the zer
o-phonon lines of both centers at 774 and 813 nm.
