Abstract
An aortofemoral bypass by way of the obturator foramen was successfull y completed with use of a 6-mm polytetrafluoroethylene graft. A twenty -four-year-old woman with a radiated groin for reticular cell lymphoma arrived at a community hospital with spontaneous hemorrhage. Followin g resuscitation, stabilization, and transfer, the patient was operated on.
