Abstract
The parameters of n-type InSb and the working temperatures ensuring th e lowest conversion losses at different wavelengths in the range 0.3-3 mm in a mixer made of this material were determined. The limits of va lidity of the heating model of frequency conversion in an n-type InSb mixer were identified.
