Abstract
Design of a three-chamber gas-microphone (TCGM) cell with high convers ion efficiency of sounding optical radiation into informational respon se and also small sensitivity to interference noise is developed. A st ep-by-step method of calculation for the transduction characteristic o f the cell is proposed. Experimental study of the cell characteristics has shown the opportunity for utilizing a TCGM cell for condensed med ia analysis.
