Abstract
We calculate the spectrum of soft bremsstrahlung photons at RHIC and L HC and find that the total energy of these photons is 0.5-1 TeV at RHI C and 10-20 TeV at LHC. This radiation is confined to a very narrow co ne around the beam axis. We also find that the contribution of pi degr ees decays is negligible at small transverse photon momenta.
