The leptonic decay constants of D-s and B-s mesons are determined in t
he framework of relativistic Hilbert moments and Laplace transform QCD
sum rules. When normalized to the corresponding sum rules for f(D) an
d f(B), we obtain the stable results: f(Ds)/f(D) = 1.21 +/- 0.06, and
f(Bs)/f(B) = 1.22 +/- 0.02, essentially independent of the type of sum
rule and of the value of the heavy quark mass.
