Abstract
The species Parmotrema wrightii Ferraro and Elix and Rimeliella cristo balii Ferraro and Elix are described as new. Parmotrema wrightii is kn own only from Mate Grosso do Sul State, Brazil, while R. cristobalii i s quite widely distributed in northern Argentina and Bolivia.
