Abstract
A case of Cushing syndrome in a 25-year-old female diagnosed during pr egnancy is presented. The pregnancy was complicated by diabetes mellit us, pregnancy induced hypertension, prematurity and intrauterine growt h retardation. The patient underwent transphenoidal pituitary adenecto my after delivery for removal of a large pituitary adenoma. The mother and infant are well 10 months after delivery.
