This case represents a unique primary ovarian tumour consisting of mal
ignant mucinous elements and granulosa-theca-cell elements, the histog
enesis of which remains uncertain. It also underscores the need for th
orough sampling of mucinous tumours in order to discover a possible co
existing, different neoplastic component.
