Abstract
This paper presents an application of an advanced reconciliation and o ptimization package on line installed in an industrial olefin plant. T he results indicate from one side the possibility of managing large sc ale problems and on the other side evidence the particular attention t hat has to be put for the possible presence of multiple solutions.
