Abstract
Intralabyrinthine schwannomas are rare benign tumours which present wi th progressive or fluctuant audiovestibular symptoms and may mimic Men ieres disease. The size and position of these lesions make preoperativ e diagnosis unusual and most are discovered incidentally at labyrinthe ctomy. A case is reported which was diagnosed on magnetic resonance im aging and confirmed at surgery.
