Abstract
A case of a patient with intracranial haemorrhage thought to have been associated with ingestion of 'Ecstasy' [3-4 methylenedioxymethampheta mine (MDMA)] is presented. The case illustrates the importance of drug analysis in cases involving illicit drug use.
