Abstract
A study is presented of 150 in patients with paroxysmal tachycardias a nd tachyarrhythmias. Urgent management was carried out using a diagnos tic algorithm designed by the authors that helped to establish early d iagnosis using clinical adequate rational methods. Identification of c linico-pathogenetic form was realized in 95 % of patients. Invasive ex amination was carried out in dubious cases. Transesophageal examinatio n of the heart is of high value in emergency cardiology.
