Abstract
The authors propose a method of CT epidurography for the diagnosis of a rarely revealed complication of neurological manifestations of lumba r osteochondrosis-reactive aseptic spinal epiduritis. The method deter mines with precision small intervertebral disk-hernias, aseptic fibros is and initial manifestatons of non-hernial epiduritis. Nine patients were evaluated. Treatment included epidural administration of enzymes, thymalin oxygen: the result was favourable in all patients.
