Abstract
The aneurysmal bone cyst is an enigmatic and misnamed lesion displayin g variable etiopathogenic and histologic characteristics. The aneurysm al bone cyst may appear as a primary lesion or as a secondary lesion a ssociated with other pathologic entities. This article presents a prob able self-limiting lesion that provides an opportunity to present an a pproach to classifying aneurysmal bone lesions.
