Abstract
During 1992, the authors analyzed a several number of fresh and frozen food fish, available in the market or directly taken from importation , to verify the presence of Anisakis larvae. They also pointed out the total number, the localization and the vitability. Some sanitary and food hygiene considerations are reported.
