High resolution CT findings of pulmonary involvement are described in
a patient with adult type Gaucher's disease. Although the reticular pa
ttern on the chest radiograph was typical, appearance of pulmonary inv
olvement on high resolution CT has not been demonstrated in the litera
ture. High resolution CT demonstrated interlobular septal and intralob
ular interstitial thickening, irregular interfaces at the pleural surf
aces and ground-glass appearance, corresponding to both the alveolar a
nd the interstitial components of the pulmonary involvement.
