Abstract
The properties of the laser-induced first resonance state in the photo dissociation of H-2+ are obtained from calculations in the radiation-f ield (RF) gauge, also called the velocity gauge, as a function of inte nsity and wavelength of the field within an adiabatic electronic-field representation, and the results are compared to the corresponding one s obtained using a diabatic RF gauge representation and an adiabatic e lectric-field gauge representation. Gauge transformation within the co upled equations used for these calculations is also discussed.
