Abstract
We present a case of primary squamous cell carcinoma of the fallopian tube, the third case in the English literature. To make this diagnosis , metastasis from genital and nongenital squamous cell carcinoma shoul d be excluded. This carcinoma reflects the multipotential differentiat ion of the mullerian duct system.
