Abstract
Gastritis cystica polyposa (GCP) is an uncommon lesion that usually oc curs at the gastroenterostomy site, although occasionally it can be fo und in an unoperated stomach. We present a rare case of GCP which pres ented as a large polypoid mass in the gastric fundus and contained cys tic components demonstrable on preoperative computed tomography.
