Abstract
The paper deals with the problem of the dynamical contact between an e lastic Kirchhoff plate and a unilateral elastic, viscous-damped, hyste retically damped foundation. After an introduction in which the curren t state and technical implications concerning the problem are presente d, the local form of equilibrium equation is given. Next the equivalen t problem weak formulation in space and time is presented. Finally, pr oofs about existence and uniqueness of problem solution are given.
