Abstract
The sorption of Na-22+ from solutions of sodium hydroxide and sodium c hloride by lithium aluminoborosilicate glass was studied under conditi ons corresponding to the conditions used for the study of the electrod e characteristic of this glass in [3]. The concentration profiles of N a+ in the surface layers of the glass were determined. The dynamics of the sorption of Na+ are compared with the dynamics of the establishme nt of the stationary electrode potentials.
