Abstract
We report our experience with a reflectance pulse oximeter in intrapar tum monitoring of a fetus with atrial flutter and heart block. During labor fetal arterial oxygen saturation ranged between 50% and 85%. Spo ntaneous vaginal delivery occurred with good maternal and neonatal out come.
