A case of eclampsia in association with partial molar pregnancy is des
cribed. Cytogenetic analysis confirmed a 69,XXX karyotype, and patholo
gic examination of the fetus showed a meningomyelocele, exomphalos, in
complete intestinal rotation, and cerebral ventricular dilatation.
